Learn More →I started Entech Consulting Group early in my career as a sole proprietor providing air-quality permitting and compliance support to manufacturing companies in Washington State.
Over time, Entech grew into an environmental and program/project management firm serving public and private clients across the Western United States.
Building the company meant learning how to find customers, compete for government contracts, develop relationships with prime contractors, manage cash flow through long payment cycles, hire people, navigate economic downturns and decide when—and where—to grow. Today, I bring those lessons to business owners navigating their own journey.
Experienced perspective on a specific business question, opportunity or decision.
A half- or full-day working session to clarify priorities, goals and an actionable path forward.
Ongoing support around a defined business priority requiring added perspective or accountability.
Interactive sessions focused on growth, government contracting, customer development and entrepreneurship.
Entech brings firsthand experience building agency and prime-contractor relationships, responding to solicitations and growing a professional services company through public-sector work.
Share a little about you, your business, and the type of support you may need. This gives us enough context to determine the best next step for a conversation.
You do not need to have everything figured out. A general description of the opportunity, challenge, or decision you are facing is enough to get started.
